ICRC conducts 346 operations in Azerbaijan's liberated territories

The information was shared at a briefing in the Baku office of the organization on Thursday, according to Caliber.Az.
ICRC took samples of biological materials from 793 family members and relatives of the missing in 2021 for creating conditions for the subsequent identification of 316 people who went missing during the first Karabakh war in 1991-1994.
In addition, families of 258 missing persons received financial aid, and the families of 347 missing persons were provided with social and psychological assistance.
In 2021, 94 persons, who were detained during hostilities in Karabakh, were visited, of which 25 were held in prisons. These persons have been given 1,760 telephone cards for telephone conversations with relatives, and the transfer of their letters and video messages was organized. They were also given 2257 clothing items, shoes, 700 books and 650 packages with hygienic accessories.
