International scholars gather in Khankendi for summer school of Turkology PHOTO
The 7th Summer School of Turkology has officially opened in Khankendi, Azerbaijan, in a collaboration between Karabakh University, the Turkic Academy, and the Turkish Academy of Sciences.
The intensive program, running until August 17, brings together 32 emerging scholars and doctoral candidates from across Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Northern Cyprus, and Macedonia, Caliber.Az report via local media.
Participants will engage in advanced courses covering diverse aspects of Turkology, including linguistics, literary studies, history, ethnography, and cultural studies.
The summer school features 15 distinguished experts from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, who will lead the sessions and share their expertise.
