Representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited to Azerbaijan have walked along Karabakh Street in Shusha and visited the House of Sadigjan, one of the famous Azerbaijani tar players, who lived from 1846 to 1902.
During their walk along Karabakh Street, the guests familiarised themselves with the historical and architectural features of this part of the city, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.
They then visited Sadigjan House, where they learned about the restoration work carried out on the building, as well as its history and architectural features.
On 11 July, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of Sadigjan House in Shusha following its restoration.
The visit is part of a two-day trip by representatives of the diplomatic corps to Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur, which began today.
The delegation comprises 150 representatives from 58 countries and nine international organisations.
