Iran to hold military exercises on border with Azerbaijan

The regional headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran will hold military exercises on the border with Azerbaijan.

This was said by the commander of the SEPAH Land Forces Mohammed Pakpour, according to Caliber.Az with reference to the Iranian media.

He noted that the exercises will be held in the coming days on the northern border of Iran and in the area of the Araz River.

Pakpour added that the exercises are held in accordance with the annual calendar of the army and in order to fulfill tasks to increase the combat training of the army corps.
