Media: Germany’s Rheinmetall becomes most profitable defence company in world
CEO of the German Rheinmetall defence company Armin Papperger has stated that he does not anticipate a decline in ammunition production even in case of a peaceful resolution to the conflict in Ukraine.
“Under such circumstances, Kyiv will prepare for the next potential invasion,” Caliber.Az reports, citing Papperger’s interview with German media.
"Ukraine is not as naive as Germany was for a long time," he noted.
He noted that Rheinmetall is currently the most profitable defence company in the world, with its order volume expected to exceed 60 billion euros ($64 billion) by the end of the year.
Rheinmetall is a prominent global systems provider in the defense sector and also a catalyst for innovative technological and industrial advancements in civilian markets. Sustainability is a key component of Rheinmetall's strategic approach.
