Zelenskyy: Ukraine to step up meetings on security guarantees
Ukraine will hold a series of meetings with its international partners in the “Coalition of the Willing” to accelerate security guarantees, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced.
“There was a report on work with all partners within the Coalition of the Willing: Europe, the United States, and other partners. Relevant meetings and working contacts will take place throughout the week. We noted that the pace of work must be accelerated. The defense component of the security guarantees must be detailed in the near future,” Zelenskyy wrote on X, Caliber.Az reports.

The announcement came as Zelenskyy held a meeting with the country’s military leadership to review the situation on the frontlines and in border areas, the formation of reserves, and ongoing work with international partners on security guarantees.
“We discussed in detail the key needs of each sector and unit. It is very important that it is our units who define the situation in the border areas of the Sumy and Kharkiv regions,” Zelenskyy said.
He specifically commended the 225th Assault Regiment, the 71st Separate Jaeger Brigade, and Special Operations Forces units for their efforts.
Zelenskyy added that attention is also being given to the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.
“We discussed the need for additional supplies specifically for these sectors. The Commander-in-Chief reported on the implementation of the Staff’s decisions to provide reserves for the Defense Forces,” he said.
