Moldova introduces simplified migration regime for Ukrainian refugees

Refugees from Ukraine will be able to stay on the territory of Moldova for another 90 days after the end of the state of emergency.

Next, they will have to request a long-term visa or asylum, TASS reports, citing the press service of the republican government.

"The Emergencies Commission has decided that citizens of Ukraine who entered the Republic of Moldova during the state of emergency will have the right to stay in our country until 90 days after its end. The provision also applies to citizens who were legally on the territory of Moldova before the introduction of the state of emergency," the report says.
