Moldova rejects rumors of Ukrainian F-16s Maintains neutral stance

Moldova has refuted claims that Ukrainian F-16 fighter jets are stationed on its territory, stating that such an arrangement would breach the country's neutrality.

The Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) addressed these rumors on its official Telegram channel.

"The Republic of Moldova does not and will not accept any weapons or military equipment, including aircraft, intended for Ukraine. Moldova is a neutral state, and its institutions will continue to uphold the principle of neutrality," a statement by the ministry said.

The foreign ministry emphasized that reports of Ukrainian fighter jets being deployed in Moldova are false.
