Russian gas supplies to Italy decrease

In the first nine months of this year, the volumes of Russian gas supplied to Italy through Tarvisio decreased by 42.5 per cent, to 12.45 billion cubic meters.

The information came from the ANSA news agency with reference to the data of the Italian energy company Snam.

At the same time, deliveries from Algeria to Italy increased by 13.3 per cent, to 17.33 billion cubic meters. Imports from Azerbaijan also increased (+ 75.8 per cent, to 7.7 billion cubic meters), while imports from Northern Europe grew by 382.4 per cent, to 6.32 billion cubic meters.
