Special consent to be necessary for excavation work in Shusha

The study of monuments and the conduct of archaeological excavations in the city of Shusha will be carried out with the consent of the Department of the State Reserve of the city of Shusha.

According to APA, in this regard, item 1.2-1 has been added to the “Procedure for submitting a report on research work, archaeological excavations in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan by a relevant person".

When providing such consent, the conclusion of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan will also be taken into account.
