Three Israeli policemen killed in West Bank terror attack

On September 1, three Israeli police officers were killed in a terrorist attack near the West Bank city of Hebron, according to the Israeli police.

Armed Palestinians fired at a police car east of the border crossing point between the West Bank and Israel and fled the scene, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

As a result, three police officers were killed and three people were seriously injured.

Israeli Police Commissioner Danny Levy said the dead were policemen who were patrolling in the West Bank.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said it had launched a search for suspects.
