US remains concerned about Russia's violation of international humanitarian law

Russia is obliged to comply with international humanitarian law, including the rights and protection of prisoners of war.

The remarks were made by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, RBC-Ukraine reports with reference to his Twitter.

“Russia and its puppets are bound by international humanitarian law, including the rights and protection of prisoners of war,” Blinken said.

According to him, the United States is concerned about reports that British, Swedish and Croatian citizens have been indicted by the so-called "DPR authorities".
