US urges Georgia to reaffirm EU, NATO aspirations

The United States calls on the Georgian government to reaffirm that it is still committed to NATO and EU integration.

This, as TASS reports, is said in a statement by US Ambassador to Georgia Robin Dunnigan.

“We call on the government to reaffirm its commitment to the country's Euro-Atlantic future as written in the Georgian constitution. The United States remains committed to our strong relationship and wishes only peace, stability, and prosperity for the Georgian people,” the statement said.
