Ukraine confirms strikes on Russian missile plant

The General Staff of Ukraine confirmed a series of attacks targeting Russian military and industrial sites, including the VNIIR-Progress plant in Cheboksary, Russia, which produces equipment and components for cruise and ballistic missiles.

Ukrainian authorities said the extent of the damage at the plant is still being assessed, Caliber.Az reports via Ukrainian media. 

In addition, Ukrainian forces reported strikes on the command post of Russia’s 58th Combined Arms Army in the occupied town of Vasylivka in Zaporizhzhia, a Tor-M1 air defence system in Mariupol, brigade-level ammunition depots in Ocheretino and Kamianka in the Donetsk region, and a gathering point for Russian troops in the Pokrovsk direction.
