United States-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce, US envoy mull wide range of issues PHOTO
On January 3, Mark Libby, the newly appointed US Ambassador to Azerbaijan paid a visit to the United States-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce.
"We were honoured to host His Excellency Mark Libby, the newly appointed US Ambassador to Azerbaijan, at The United States-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (USACC). Ambassador Libby explored the USACC Gallery, currently showcasing exquisite handmade rugs crafted by talented rural Azerbaijani women," the press service of the chamber said on Facebook, Caliber.Az reports.
During the visit, USACC Executive Director Natig Bakhishov and Ambassador Libby engaged in insightful discussions on trade, business, education, and cultural ties between Azerbaijan and the United States, and the pivotal role played by USACC in fostering these linkages.
"We extend our heartfelt wishes to Ambassador Libby for a successful tenure, and we trust that his personal leadership will significantly contribute to strengthening the bonds between the United States and Azerbaijan," the chamber's post reads.
The United States – Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (USACC), established in 1995, is a not-for-profit lobbying group aiming to develop long-term business ties between firms in the United States and Azerbaijan and attract US investment to Azerbaijan.
