Abu Dhabi questions reliability of partners in foreign policy shift
Diplomatic advisor to the president of the United Arab Emirates, Anwar Gargash, has said the country will reassess its international relations in order to evaluate the reliability of its partners.
Gargash made the remarks in a post on the social media platform X, Caliber.Az reports.

“It is too early to draw conclusions from the brutal Iranian aggression, however we continue to strengthen the concept of the state that has ensured the success and model of the UAE, and we are working to enhance our ability to protect and safeguard this country,” he said.
“With the confidence gained after overcoming the treacherous aggression, we are carefully analyzing the map of our regional and international relations, identifying those we can rely on, including within the economic and financial framework that reinforces the resilience of our model.
A rational reassessment of our national priorities is our path to the future,” the official added.
