Actor Mickey Rourke faces eviction over unpaid rent
Mickey Rourke, star of Sin City, is facing eviction from his Los Angeles home due to unpaid rent, reports the Daily Mail.
Paparrazi barely recognized the bald actor when he left his house. According to documents obtained by the Daily Mail from the Los Angeles Superior Court, Rourke was served on 18 December with a notice demanding he either pay $60,000 in overdue rent or vacate the premises.
In April, Rourke was removed from the reality show UK Celebrity Big Brother for unacceptable behaviour. He initially made offensive comments about the sexual orientation of a fellow contestant. After receiving a warning, he later displayed “unacceptable language and behavior” toward the show’s host during a challenge, leading him to agree to leave the programme.
