24 November 2022 10:47
As of the morning of November 24, some 70 per cent of Kyiv remains without electricity due to the consequences of Russia's missile strikes.
Kyiv mayor Vitaliy Klitschko made the remarks on his Twitter account, RBC-Ukraine reports.
"Some 70 per cent of the capital is still without electricity. Power engineers are making every effort to return it as soon as possible. However, they note that this will depend on the restoration of balance in the energy system of Ukraine," Klitschko added.
It is reported that the power engineers and the water utility worked all night. The water supply has already been restored on the left bank, and it is planned to restore on the right bank in the morning.
