Ambassador: Japan implements over 300 projects in Azerbaijan

"Japan has implemented over 300 projects in various fields in Azerbaijan so far."

Japanese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Junichi Wada said this after getting acquainted with the work carried out jointly with the UN Development Program on the reconstruction of the energy system at the Mollali village secondary school in Barda District, Report informs.

The diplomat told reporters about the work done by Japan in Azerbaijan so far and said that he considers the ongoing energy project to be very effective for the population.

"Our next projects are related to supporting the expansion of the use of alternative energy. Today we have already implemented this in a residential building and a school in a remote village of Barda District. I hope that the implementation of this project will benefit not only the efficient use of energy but also the standard of living of the population," the ambassador stressed.
