Ambassador: Ukraine's "Victory Plan" to be revealed soon
Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany, Oleksii Makeiev, has announced that details of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's "Victory Plan" will be made public in the coming days.
The diplomat stated that this plan encompasses both diplomatic and economic measures aimed at compelling Russia to engage in negotiations, Caliber.Az reports per foreign media.
Makeiev noted that the plan includes provisions for sanctions against Russia, though he did not disclose further specifics, and indicated that a key element of Ukraine's strategy involves striking deep within Russian territory using long-range weapons.
Meanwhile, according to Mikhail Podolyak, advisor to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, the plan outlines a comprehensive strategy for Ukraine, encompassing military, economic, political, and diplomatic steps.
This includes a request for substantial supplies of long-range missiles, such as ATACMS and Storm Shadow, along with the authorization to use them against targets in Russia.
Podolyak also emphasised that, without additional support for Ukraine, the conflict could drag on for years, undermining the credibility of Western nations. This underscores the urgency of international assistance in shaping the outcome of the ongoing conflict.
