ANAMA discusses partnership possibilities with Geneva Demining Centre

The Chairman of Azerbaijan's National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) Vugar Suleymanov has met the Coordinator for the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining (GICHD), Rana Elias, and adviser Evans Ronald.

According to Report, the two demining organizations have enjoyed a long partnership in the field of implementing systems for the management of data regarding the fight against landmine threats.

Proposals for the expansion of this partnership were discussed during the meeting, as well as the organization of IT training offered by the GICHD for the ANAMA staff.
