Another drone wreckage washes up on Türkiye’s Black Sea coast

Debris from a third drone within 24 hours has been found along the coast of Türkiye’s Sakarya province.

The debris consisted of the fuselage of a drone with no explosives on board. It was discovered near the village of Başoğlu, Caliber.Az reports via Turkish media.

Police and coast guard units were called to the beach and took the drone fragments away.

Earlier, debris from another structure was found on the coast in Istanbul’s Arnavutköy district and was preliminarily identified as a drone. Residents walking along Yeniköy beach spotted an “object of technical origin” that had washed ashore.

Suspecting that the discovery could be linked to ongoing military hostilities, they immediately contacted law enforcement.
