Another high-tech enterprise targeted in Ukraine's Taganrog strike PHOTO

A second industrial facility targeted during a large-scale attack on the city of Taganrog in Russia’s Rostov Region has been identified.

The attack occurred in the early hours of January 13 and prompted authorities to declare a state of emergency at two industrial sites, two residential apartment buildings, and an educational institution, ASTRA reports.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed a strike using “Ukrainian-made missiles” on the Atlant-Aero enterprise.

According to the outlet, the first targeted site was the Joint Stock Company Special Design Bureau of Computer Engineering. At least one unmanned aerial vehicle reportedly fell onto the premises of the enterprise, which is located on 1st Lane Street in Taganrog.

The Atlant-Aero specializes in the development of embedded electronic systems, advanced computing complexes, software solutions, and intelligent data and image processing systems. Its products are used across a range of high-technology sectors, including transportation, robotics, automation, and other advanced industries.
