Arab League condemns Iran’s attacks on regional countries
On March 2, the Arab League again condemned Iran’s attacks on several Arab states, calling them a blatant violation of international law and a threat to regional stability, Caliber.Az reports.
In a statement posted on X, member states stressed that the security of Arab countries is indivisible and rejected any violation of their sovereignty. They urged Iran to immediately halt the escalation and avoid expanding the conflict.
The League also praised the diplomatic efforts of Oman, Egypt, Qatar, and other partners in preventing further escalation.
Since February 28, several Gulf countries and Jordan have reported missile and drone attacks by Iran following the joint US-Israeli strike on Iranian targets.
