Arestovich: About 6,000 Russian soldiers killed in battles for Mariupol

The Ukrainian military has eliminated approximately 6,000 Russian soldiers in street battles for Mariupol.

The adviser to the head of the presidential office, Aleksey Arestovich, made the remarks on the air of "Feygin LIVE", RBC-Ukraine reports.

"They are trying to encircle. Well, even if surrounded, what's next? Need to go to street fights? Mariupol did not teach that street fighting is approximately 6,000 killed, plus or minus. And these were the most select personnel - special forces, tank regiments, marines, and so on," he noted.

Arestovich added that the next three days will show the prospects for the Russian encirclement in Lisichansk and Severodonetsk.
