29 July 2025 10:04
The Anti-Corruption Court of Armenia has ordered the confiscation of a 2,860-square-meter plot of land near the former Russian children's retailer "Detsky Mir" building in central Yerevan from the head of the "Union of Armenians of Russia" Ara Abrahamyan.
According to information published on the Datalex judicial portal, the land was previously registered under the ownership of Soglasie-Armenia, a company owned by Abrahamyan. The court ruled in favour of annulling the property registration, transferring ownership of the land to the Yerevan municipality, Caliber.Az reports.
The decision will come into legal force one month after its issuance.
