14 July 2025 13:45

Trilateral talks between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, European Council President António Costa, and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen began in Brussels on July 14.

Pashinyan is accompanied by a delegation that includes Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Justice Minister Srboui Galian, Interior Minister Arpine Sargsyan, Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan, and Armenia’s Ambassador to the EU Tigran Balayan, Caliber.Az reports per Armenian media

On the European side, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Magdalena Grono and EU Ambassador to Armenia Vassilis Maragos are among the officials attending the meeting.

In addition to the trilateral talks, Pashinyan is scheduled to hold separate meetings with EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos and Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever.

The visit follows a trip by EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas to Yerevan in late June, during which both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation and ensuring regional security.
