Armenian-set fire on Nakhchivan border extinguished after swift action VIDEO

Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations received reports via its 112 hotline about a fire deliberately set by Armenians in an open area along the border with Armenia, near the settlement of Heydarabad in the Sadarak district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Firefighting teams from the Sadarak region were immediately dispatched to the scene, Caliber.Az reports citing Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Thanks to the swift response of the firefighting teams and their ability to operate under the challenging conditions, the blaze was extinguished within a short period. No further details regarding the cause of the fire or potential damages have been reported at this time.
