At least 11 killed in road crash in Namibia

At least 11 people were killed in a head-on collision between a passenger bus and a truck in central Namibia on May 1.
The crash occurred at around 6:00 a.m. local time on a highway linking the central and northern regions of the country, about 30 km south of Otjiwarongo, Caliber.Az reports, citing Xinhua.
The bus, which was carrying medical staff and patients, was travelling from the northern town of Khorixas.
Forensic teams from the Namibian police, along with traffic officers and representatives of the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund, have been dispatched to determine the cause of the crash and identify the victims.
Authorities said the bodies will be transported to Windhoek for forensic examination.
