Axios: Iran must strike deal with US or face Trump's bombing

US President Donald Trump could launch large-scale military action against Iran if ongoing negotiations fail to produce a viable agreement in the near term, according to Axios, citing a senior US official.

The official said either the US sees real outlines of a workable deal soon, or Trump will bomb them to pieces, Caliber.Az reports.

“It's either we're looking at the real contours of an achievable deal soon, or he's going to bomb the hell out of them," he stressed.

The report adds that Trump intends to maintain pressure on Iran while keeping diplomatic channels open.

Officials made it clear that Trump’s special envoys, Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, continue to exchange proposals with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
