Azerbaijan–Armenia border shaken by minor earthquake

An earthquake has been recorded along the Azerbaijan–Armenia border region.

The tremors were recorded at 19:17 local time, with a measured magnitude of 3.5, the Republican Seismic Survey Centre told state media.

Officials noted that the earthquake’s hypocenter lay at an approximate depth of 6 kilometres beneath the Earth’s surface.
