Azerbaijan border service academy marks 15th graduation ceremony Photo

The State Border Service of Azerbaijan has held the 15th anniversary graduation ceremony of its academy, according to a statement released by the agency.

Speaking at the event, the head of the service, Colonel General Elchin Guliyev, emphasised the academy’s role in training highly qualified border guard officers committed to serving the state and protecting national interests, Caliber.Az reports. 

The agency said that three graduates completed their studies with honours this year.

The ceremony also marked the graduation of six foreign cadets from Tajikistan, who completed a five-year officer training program at the academy at the request of the Tajik border authorities.
