Azerbaijan broadens DOST footprint with projects across Europe
Azerbaijan's DOST service model is continuing its international expansion, with implementation and cooperation projects underway in several European countries, Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency Farid Mammadov told journalists.
Mammadov said a DOST Index assessment is currently being conducted in 10 cities across Moldova, while similar evaluation work is also underway in Uzbekistan, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
He also announced that the first project to introduce a one-stop-shop model based on the DOST concept has been launched in Zagreb, Croatia.
"We have already launched this work in Croatia. We have also been carrying out similar activities in Romania for some time, providing technical support to our colleagues. In addition, we have established similar cooperation with Serbia and are exchanging experience with various government institutions working in the social sector," Mammadov said.
According to the DOST Agency chief, the model has also generated growing interest beyond Europe, particularly in Africa.
"We have established active cooperation with Ethiopia on issues related to inclusive development and innovation in the social sphere," Mammadov concluded.
