Azerbaijan extends Hajj application deadline

The deadline for submitting documents to perform Hajj has been extended, Vusal Jahangiri, head of the External Relations Department of the Caucasus Muslim Office and director of the electronic Hajj system announced.

He told APA that applications will now be accepted until March 7, Caliber.Az reports.

“Based on instructions from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and considering numerous requests from our citizens living abroad and in the regions, the deadline for Hajj applications this season has been extended to March 7. Citizens are urged not to delay, as no further extensions will be granted,” he said.

For the 2026 Hajj season, the cost of a package for one person has been set at $6,100.
