Azerbaijan hosts new group of Ukrainian children for rehabilitation programme

A new group of 30 Ukrainian children has arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in a two-week rehabilitation programme, Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Ukraine, Seymur Mardaliyev, announced on X.

According to the ambassador, the children are the sons and daughters of Ukrainian rescuers, and all expenses for the program are fully covered by Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

Mardaliyev said the children will spend the next two weeks in Azerbaijan as part of the initiative, adding that a total of 662 Ukrainian children have benefited from the rehabilitation program to date.

"Welcome to Azerbaijan," the ambassador wrote.
