Azerbaijan’s defence minister visits servicemen udergoing treatment PHOTO/VIDEO

The leadership of the Ministry of Defence visited the Main Clinical Hospital on the occasion of World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and the New Year.

Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov met with a group of servicemen undergoing treatment at the Main Clinical Hospital, inquired about their health, wished them a speedy recovery, and return to the military units to continue service, Caliber.Az reports citing Defence Ministry.

Having conveyed congratulations of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev to the servicemen, Minister Hasanov handed them festive gifts.

Zakir Hasanov met with the medical personnel of the hospital, and highly valued their activity. It was noted medical personnel coped with their duties in the Patriotic War and other combat operations with dignity, showed high professionalism, and ensured early recovery and return of the wounded soldiers to their places of service.
