Employees of Azerbaijan's Agency for Mine Action honoured with medals

Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) Vugar Suleymanov has presented agency employees with medals awarded under an order signed by President Ilham Aliyev.

The agency employees were awarded the Medal for Services in Demining, Caliber.Az reports.

Suleymanov met with the recipients, congratulated them and wished them continued success in their work.

Among those honoured was Ragif Isayev, who was killed while performing his duties.

The medal awarded to him posthumously was presented to his family.

An ANAMA delegation also visited Isayev's grave and paid tribute to his memory.
