Azerbaijan's population exceeds 10 million

The population of Azerbaijan as of February 1 this year was 10,131,373 people, Report informs, citing the data compiled by the State Statistics Committee.

It is noted that 54.6% of the population are urban residents, 45.4% - are rural, while 49.8% are men and 50.2% are women.
