Azerbaijan to host Eurasian Mountain Resorts Festival in 2025

The Eurasian Mountain Resorts Festival will be held in Azerbaijan in March 2025.

The decision to host the event was made during the Tashkent International Tourism Fair "Tourism on the Silk Road", Caliber.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijan State Tourism Agency.

During the exhibition, representatives of the Eurasian Mountain Resorts Alliance discussed enhancing cooperation among member states and expanding partnerships.

Commercial Director of the Shahdag Tourism Centre Igor Shaulov provided attendees with information about the winter tourism opportunities at the complex, new projects, and upcoming international competitions. The upcoming festival will be organised by the Shahdag Tourism Centre. 

The previous event took place in Sochi, Russia, and brought together 150 representatives from the resort industry across nine countries. The Eurasian Mountain Resorts Alliance includes such resorts as Amirsoy Resort (Uzbekistan), Shymbulak and Oy-Karagay Mountain Resorts (Kazakhstan), Rosa Khutor Alpine Resort (Russia), Mono Yeonpyeong Resort (South Korea), and Shahdag Moutnain Resort (Azerbaijan).
