Azerbaijan to restore legendary "Tea House" in Aghdam

Deputy executive director of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts Sabuhi Abdullayev has said that the "Tea House" in Aghdam will be restored.  

Abdullayev made these remarks during the Caspian Construction Week, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

He mentioned that both local and international companies are currently working on the project. Regarding the Aghdam Industrial Park, Abdullayev noted that it currently has 72 residents.

"Their investment levels are increasing every day, with over 72 million manats [$42 million] invested in the industrial park," he added. 

The Caspian Construction Week kicked off in Baku on October 15, featuring several major events including the 4th Azerbaijan International Restoration, Reconstruction and Development of Karabakh Exhibition - Rebuild Karabakh, the 29th Azerbaijan International Construction Exhibition - BakuBuild, the 16th International Exhibition for Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, Water Supply, Sanitary and Swimming Pool - Aquatherm Baku, and the 12th Caspian International Road Infrastructure and Public Transport Exhibition - Road and Traffic. This week unites these significant exhibitions, drawing participants from the global construction sector.

Over 380 companies from approximately 22 countries are currently involved in the exhibitions, including representatives from Azerbaijan, Austria, Belarus, the UK, Hungary, Germany, India, Iran, Italy, China, the UAE, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Finland, France, the Czech Republic, and South Korea. National and regional pavilions are showcasing contributions from Germany, Hungary, Russia, the UK, Uzbekistan, and Türkiye.

This year has seen an increase in participation from Chinese companies compared to last year, with more than 20 companies from Uzbekistan also taking part in the exhibitions.
