Azerbaijan is set to unveil three new types of domestically produced weapons at the upcoming ADEX-24 exhibition in Baku.

A press conference held in preparation for the event highlighted the introduction of a new sniper rifle and a machine gun, aimed at enhancing the country’s defence capabilities, Caliber.Az reports.

Additionally, a combat module featuring a 30-mm automatic cannon and machine gun will also be showcased. This cannon was developed in collaboration with the Spanish company Escribano, emphasizing Azerbaijan's commitment to modernizing its military equipment through international partnerships.

The ADEX-24 exhibition is expected to attract numerous participants and guests, providing a platform for Azerbaijan to demonstrate its advancements in defence technology and industry.

The international military exhibition, ADEX, is the region’s largest event in the field of defence industry providing the participants with a unique opportunity to meet with military leadership of Azerbaijan, as well as the international military and defence community.
