Azerbaijan, Türkiye discuss ways to combat water deficit PHOTO

Chairman of the State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan Zaur Mikayilov has held a meeting with a Turkish delegation headed by Turkish Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Ibrahim Yumakli.

The parties discussed ways to combat water scarcity, Report reports with reference to the Agency.

Awareness raising in the sphere of efficient water use, exchange of experience between the countries and other issues were also discussed at the meeting.

A mutual agreement was reached on further expansion of bilateral ties in this direction.
