Azerbaijan, Türkiye sign deal to boost diaspora cooperation

The State Committee on Work with the Diaspora of Azerbaijan and the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) under Türkiye's Ministry of Culture and Tourism, have signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in diaspora affairs.

The memorandum outlines plans to strengthen cooperation between the two countries on issues related to diaspora policy, Caliber.Az reports per local media.

Under the agreement, Azerbaijan and Türkiye will exchange information and expertise while expanding bilateral contacts and coordination in the field.

The sides also plan to organize reciprocal delegation visits, joint programs, meetings, and conferences aimed at further developing cooperation.
