Azerbaijani border guards deal crushing blow to drug trafficking from Iran

On February 26 at 19:40, the smuggling of a large quantity of drugs from Iran into Azerbaijan was foiled on the service territory of the "Goytapa" border station of the State Border Service.

As a result of the operational actions, 42 kg 550 g of narcotic substances (41 kg 535 g of marijuana and 1 kg 015 g of methamphetamine) were found and confiscated on the territory, the State Border Service told Caliber.Az.
