Azerbaijani citizens applaud swift, well-organized evacuation from Oman

Azerbaijani citizens evacuated from Oman arrived in Baku on a special flight, expressing their gratitude to government authorities and President Ilham Aliyev for the swift and well-organized operation.

One of the evacuees, Khagani Suleymanov, told journalists that the group had been provided with excellent accommodations in Dubai for 10 days and described the evacuation process as “carried out at a high level,” Caliber.Az reports per local media.

He extended his thanks to all involved, singling out President Aliyev for his leadership and care.

Another evacuee, Elnara Taghiyeva, who arrived from Abu Dhabi, echoed Suleymanov’s praise. She thanked President Aliyev, the Azerbaijani Embassy in the UAE, the country’s consulate in Dubai, Azerbaijan Airlines, and all others who contributed to the evacuation.

“The evacuation was organized at a high level. We hope that our unity is always maintained and that similar situations in the future will be handled just as efficiently,” she said.
