Azerbaijani Energy Ministry discusses "green energy" zone creation in liberated territories PHOTO

The forthcoming work on the creation of a "green energy" zone in the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation was discussed.

The first meeting of the working group on coordination and monitoring in connection with the application of green technologies and energy efficiency requirements in the liberated territories was held, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Energy.

At the meeting, chaired by the head of the working group, Minister Parviz Shahbazov, the work related to the implementation of the Action Plan for the Creation of a Green Energy Zone in the Liberated Territories in 2022-2026, as well as upcoming tasks, were considered. A presentation on the main provisions of the action plan was heard and discussions on this topic were held.
