Azerbaijani minister, UN-Habitat Chief discuss WUF13 in Baku

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev and the Executive Director of UN-Habitat, Anacláudia Rossbach, have discussed preparations for the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

Rossbach shared details of the meeting on X page, describing “substantive discussions” on sustainable urban mobility, climate-resilient infrastructure, and the transformative potential of WUF13 in Baku, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

She expressed hope for further strengthening cooperation in support of people-centred cities.

WUF13 will take place in Baku from May 17 to 22, bringing together global stakeholders to exchange experiences on sustainable urban development, smart cities, and innovative urban solutions.
