Azerbaijani population over 10 million

Under the latest population census, as of August 1, 2023, the Azerbaijani population has reached 10,157,406 people.

Some 54.6 per cent of the population accounts for urban residents, 45.4 per cent are rural residents, 49.8 per cent are men and 50.2 per cent are women, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee.
