Azerbaijani president awards Global Media Holding staff for contributions to national press

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has awarded honorary titles and high state honors to 11 journalists and media professionals from outlets under the Global Media Holding, in recognition of their significant contributions to the development of the national press.

The decree, signed by the head of state on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s national press, highlights the role of media professionals in strengthening the country’s journalistic landscape and promoting public discourse, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

The awards span a variety of Global Media Holding platforms, including Report.az, Baku TV, Oxu.az, Caliber.az, and Baku.ws.
