Azerbaijani President paves way for electric vehicles Details of presidential Order

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order "On encouraging the use of electric vehicles".

The document signed to accelerate the transition to an environmentally friendly transportation system, provides for an increase in the number of electric refueling stations, Caliber.Az reports.

In this regard, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the Ministry of Energy, AzerEnergy and AzerIshig have been instructed to prepare proposals on the locations of charging stations for electric cars.
